Who can change what
Every contract here is owned by the same 2-of-3 Safe. Cost and parameter changes run through a 48-hour timelock that is public on chain before it binds - you can see a price change coming two days before it charges anybody.
Audits
ChipLottery, the newest contract, went through two independent reviews before deployment. The others were fork-tested against live Base rather than mocked. Reports are available on request.
